TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SELLING: The Flushing Walleye Festival (FWF) encourages the selling of merchandise during show hours. Insurance: Exhibitors are urged to insure their exhibits and merchandise at their own expense. The FWF will not be responsible for any injury that may occur at exhibits or to an exhibitor’s employees, or from the loss of, or damage to any material from any cause whatsoever, whether in transit, or during the show regardless of whether the FWF furnishes attendants, guards or night watchmen or other security measures. Local regulations must be adhered to.

CANCELLATION: Exhibitors may cancel up to February 25, 2011 and receive a full refund. Exhibitor forfeits full amount after February 25, 2011.

UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTUALITIES: Reasonable precaution against damages or loss by fire, water, theft, and other emergencies will be taken but the FWF does not guarantee or insure the Exhibitor against the loss by any reason thereof. In case the premises to be used by them shall be destroyed by fire or the elements, or by any other cause, or in case any other circumstances shall make it impossible for the FWF to permit the said premises to be occupied by said Exhibitor for use, herein specified, then and thereupon this agreement shall terminate and the said Exhibitor shall and hereby does waive any claim for damages or compensation. It is agreed that the FWF reserves the right to retain such parts of the payments made by the Exhibitor for booth space as would be necessary to cover all expenses incurred by the FWF incidental to the opening of the Show up to the time of any Cancellation.

RULES AND REGULATION CHANGES: The FWF reserves the right to change or modify these rules and regulations as deemed appropriate to improve the Show.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation to and/or from the St. Robert’s Activity Center is entirely the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
